1960 Ford F100Shortbed, fleetside all original, solid truck. The truck is an Original El Paso,Tx truck. Solid southwest vehicle. It has the original, 223 CID (3.7L) Milage Maker I6 motor, with the original 3 speed column shift transmission. The motor runs strong and solid. The brakes work great and the tranny shifts smooth and quiet. No grinding or sticking. The floor is painted black bare metal and the cab is in good shape inside. The bench seat is upholstered. The headlights, taillights, wipers and blinkers work. The horn still works too. The tires are pretty new and in great shape. The truck starts right up with no problems and is road worthy. With that said this is a 55 year old truck and it does have some play in the steering like all old cars and trucks do. The overall condition of the truck is good. This is no show truck but it still looks good. It has some dings and little flaws in the paint but it is still a very eye catching and attention getting truck. The bed is metal inside and it is in good shape. The doors shut solid and do not rattle. The truck overall is very original and can be a daily driver. The truck still has the original metal rear bumper stamped from the original dealership in El Paso Texas. I have the original bumper still, I took it off because I like the look better with out it but it is included with the truck. The rear window is cracked and so is the driver window. Both are flat glass and cheap to replace, but I am willing to negotiate replacing with the winner of the bid. These trucks are getting harder to find, and especially shortbed fleetside. This truck is a perfect canidate for a hot rod, kustom, surf rod, shop truck or just an original cruiser! Hula girl included!!
