1970 Triumph TR6R 650cc. Recently restored with the following new parts; handlebars & rubber mounts, grips, levers, cables, air filter, plugs, clutch plates & springs, battery, chain, tires & tubes, footrest & control rubbers, rear shocks and full front fork rebuild with new headlamp ears, stanchions, springs, gaiters, bushes, seals and seal holders. Starts first kick and runs very strong with no rattles or knocks. Idles cleanly and has compression of 160psi at both cylinders. Bought the bike as a summer project with my son from a gentleman who had owned it since 1979. It had sat for some 20 years in his garage. Once I cleaned the points it fired right up. He believed he was the second owner. Speedometer must have been replaced at some point as it shows just 1700 miles. Bike is also for sale locally.
