Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE I am the third owner. 1st owner was a medical equipment salesman who drove the vehicle for the first 100k miles. He then sold it to a nurse who put several upgrades into it (Cat Skin leather seats, black window tints on all 4 side windows, Skyjacker 3.5” lift, matte black 17” alloy wheels, and PROCOM Xtreme MT2 mud tires), giving it a black on black look. The 2nd owner drove the vehicle for about 10k miles before selling it to me. All prior documentation that I was given showed that the vehicle had been well maintained and had received oil changes and maintenance at appropriate intervals. Since owning it, I have replaced the clutch box (less than 8k miles), spark plugs, O2 sensors, brake pads, all 4 tires with the same PROCOM Xtreme MT2 mud tires (less than 2k miles). The battery is less than 2 months old. I have installed a hood mounted light bar (30” Delta Aluminum Xenon 3-lights with covers ), Drake racing hood clamps, and removed the soft cover and replaced it with a Smittybilt black cargo net. I have kept the soft top, but it is heavily sun damaged and looks ratty. It is functional, but not attractive. The only accident I am aware of was this past spring of 2015. The vehicle was parked on the side of the street outside of my home and a drunk driver ran into it. There is a minor dimple in the Jeep’s front bumper. The front tie rod was broken. Their insurance covered all repairs and the entire front suspension of the vehicle is new and balanced. For this climate, the open-air Jeep has been absolutely amazing. It is fun, powerful, and intimidating on the road.
