1979 GL 1000 The Honda GL 1000 reached the peak of it's development in 1979, and was the last Gold Wing to be powered by a 999cc engine. Rectangular turn signals replaced the previous round ones, control levers went from silver to black, and twin-bulb taillight with CBX-type ribbed lens replaced the single-bulb unit. This is a great bike, a true vintage find. It's in very good condition for it's age, both cosmetically and mechanically. All original, with 55k miles. Just waiting for it's new owner.
