Up for auction is this 1949 Ford F-1. It is a really nice restomod that was done around 2008. Since then it has less than 500 miles driven. The truck was completely disassembled and rebuilt. The frame was powder coated and looks as good as the top side. It has sub framed front end with disc brakes. The body is in great shape (original color is metal green). The cab and box are perfect as is all the trim and bright work. The front fenders are fiberglass. The power is provided by a 1990 Ford 302. It has a 4 speed automatic transmission with overdrive and a transmission cooler. It has a 1990 Ford rear end as well. The engine and trans were rebuilt at the time of the restoration/modification. It has dual exhaust. It also has power steering. Tires are like new. Some extras include an Ididit steering column and Lokar shifter. Plenty of other billet items. AM/FM CD player under the seat. There is a 2 inch crack in lower corner of driver’s side door window. Tailgate has a few bubbles that you can see when you are close up.
