Vehicle Detail

PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION...I ADDED TO THIS THAT I COULDN'T ON MY LAST LISTING. Selling my 1970 dodge challenger. My pops is the original owner and he sold it back in the late 80s and it was daily driven for the next 15-20 years till I bought it back. The car has been in new Mexico its whole life. I bought it with the intention of doing a full restoration on it and started buying parts for it here and there. All parts I have for it are listed further in this description and are included in the auction and go with the car. Originally a 318 4-speed car with burnt orange interior and exterior. But someone swapped out the 4speed for an automatic (i have no idea why or where the tranny is) The car runs and drives. Engine has a lot of blow-by but still runs very strong. It is the original engine to the car. It has an open 8 3/4 rear end with 2.75 gears. The rear quarters are shot as are the doors. Frame rails, floor pans are in great shape. Just normal surface rust but nothing no where near bad. This is a VERY solid Southwestern car. I found a 360/727 combo out of a friends full size van that was totaled but the drive train was rebuilt roughly 8000 miles ago. Being a normal car nut, I bought a small torque converter (2200-2500), a TCI transmission shift improvement kit, an entire thumper cam kit from comp cams, speed pro flat top pistons, 360 "J" heads with 2.02 valves, new headers and a holley carb....should be a pretty nice engine when built. I also bought a new rear pumpkin, 489 case with 3.55 gears, new auburn posi, bearings, crush sleeve eliminator and yoke. Also purchased for the car was a new fuel tank, straps, 3/8 sending unit, all fuel lines, front and rear brakes. New full quarters from AMD, two replacement doors in great shape with no rust or dents. All 4 corner lamps new. Interior carpet (black). Hood latch with center support bracket, R/T exhaust tips, window cranks, corner lamp buckets with correct screws, both upper control arms with bushings and ball joints and both rear leaf springs. I can't remember what else is there. Some interior chrome. The bumper and brackets are there as well as the head lamp bezels and most outside chrome. The western slotted mags are included, I do have the two front ones also and also the 4 rallye wheels. All are 14". Car has never been wrecked. Doors and trunk lid open and close with no effort. I installed new door hinges about 3 years ago. If you have any questions, please ask. Not looking for trades at this time. The car is being sold as is with no implied warranty. I do have a clear New Mexico title for it. Buyer is responsible for picking up car. $500 non refundable deductible is required at auction end with balance to be paid in cash within 2 weeks. The car could be delivered for an additional agreed upon amount, but will not be delivered until paid in full. If you have any questions my cell is 505-450-9408, my name is Johnny. Please, serious inquiries only. The reserve is set at 10k. Or can be 8 without the engine and transmission. Thank you for looking.
