CALL DAVID AT 864 576 2458 IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS. This very beautiful and well kept 2004 Jaguar XJ8 with just under 93K miles is for sale. I am a dealer in South Carolina and this has been my personal car. It is a gun metal grey outside with charcoal leather inside. I did have a high quality repaint done on it when I bought it because the hood had some fading on it. There was absolutely no body damage to attend to. I also ran an Autocheck history report when I bought it and saw that it had one report of a left rear impact back in 2005. The title is clean. Unfortunately, when the Dealer Auction ran An Autocheck history as it came across the block they listed it as " possible unibody damage" because of the 2005 collision. This is a common Dealer Auction move to eliminate any liability. Very irritating! However, again, the title is clean and IS NOT salvage. The exterior of this Jaguar is excellent and the paint shines well. I did have extra metallic put in on the repaint of the original color. It had the base 17" wheels that I replaced with the optional factory 18" chrome wheels with new Michelen tires. I still have the original near new wheels and excellent tires if the buyer does not want the chrome wheels. The chrome wheels do have a couple of very small spots where the chrome has peeled. Overall they are very nice. They go especially well with this color. The interior is virtually new, and still smells that way. The seats show very little wear. Even the driver seat and steering wheel show little wear. The carpets and door panels are clean and have no wear at all. I have a new set of mats that have never been used. I use aftermarket ones because I hate to use them. I do not eat or drink anything in my car and do not let others do it. Of course there has been NO smoking either. The trunk is as new and has the car cover which will come with the car. The 4.2 V8 starts and runs as new with no issues or warning lights. I had this Jaguar checked over and all mechanics needed were done. I was told that all it needed was an oil change. I did change the plugs with the recommended brand. The prior owner managed a New Car dealership and kept this car maintained. It has Mobile 1 Synthetic. If you know these cars you know that these engines are phenomenal. Nearly 300hp and excellent gas mileage. I added a K&N filter to boost the power a little. This particular Jaguar runs just over 2000 rpms at 90mph. It still amazes me. The power delivery is smooth and ongoing. The automatic transmission shifts very smooth through all gears with no issues. The air suspension works as designed with no issues. I still look forward to getting in this car every time. All power equipment works except the power trunk release, a common issue. The key opens it perfectly though. The reverse sensors work when they want, another common issue. I just look over my seat when backing, which I do anyway in any car, sensors or no. The stereo is beyond excellent. Overall, this is an excellent mode of transport. It gets noticed everywhere it goes. This Jaguar is not new, thus the price. But, it will get you where you want to go with loads of class. There ie a 30 day warranty on the engine and transmission if you live within 30 miles of us. This Jaguar has been kept well and is in excellent condition, but it is a used car. There will no doubt be subtle imperfections associated with use. You are not bidding to look over the car or dicker price, but to purchase.
