This is my 2003 Volkswagen Passat 1.8 GLS Turbo Automatic Tiptronic 5 Speed. I am selling because I just purchased a new car. I bought this car from a VW dealer back in October 2007 after the original owner returned it from lease. At the time I purchased, it had 33k miles on it. Now, the car has just under 77k miles. I drove it exclusively on highways in Texas. I have taken excellent care of it mechanically and have detailed maintenance records. I have always used synthetic oil and have done all the major maintenance items that are needed once it gets to this age, things like timing belt, transmission fluids, tires, and brakes. All of the maintenance has been done by dealers and independent VW Master Techs. I am asking for $4000. NOTE: I will only accept a cashier’s check that we can get together at a local bank. I am not interested in financing or payment plans, you must have all payment sorted. If you would like a test drive, we can meet at the parking lot at the Sheriff’s office located at 16715 Clay Rd #1, Houston, TX 77084. I will take a photo of your driver’s license prior to the test drive. This is for the safety of both parties. There is also a small dent on the driver door. However, as you’ll see in the pictures the car looks and in addition drives great.
