1986 Honda CT110 Trail 110 safely stored for 20+ Years I will pay for shipping (up to $400.00) within the continental U.S. for the “Buy it Now” of $3,600, but you will arrange. VIDEO OF THE BIKE (contact info in the description of the video): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jnpi6Rwl1TA&feature=youtu.be CLICK HERE FOR VIDEO CLUTCH TOOL Why am I selling such a nice bike??? I bought this a few months ago and was going to do a full restoration on it, but it is in such good condition that it would not warrant it and I was really looking for more of a winter project that would need a restoration. It is a 98% cosmetic part replacement project. I spent a bunch of money on the new parts, but I like to tinker and this thing starts, idles, drives and all-around runs great, so no real room to dismantle and work on….You will get a 100% complete nice running bike and anything that says included from the list will be in a box ready for you to install. To install all that is listed would take roughly 3-5 hours and the bike will look almost almost BRAND NEW. Reason for sitting from previous owner: It was purchased by a father for a son and the son had no interest. What the hell was wrong with this kid? These bikes are so much fun. Please read everything!! Here are the details: · Just over 600 miles!!! Actually not even broken in yet. Complete near original condition… Miles might be added as I am showing the bike locally. Sold "As Is" Which is pretty dang good. CDI module.... NO points!! Last year of U.S. importation!! Massachusetts Title ( Never been titled or registered until 2015) Shifts good (hi-low switch operational) I did have it pop out of 2nd gear once or twice, but I guess this is a fairly common occurrence with these auto-clutches and may just need some more riding and adjustment. I bought new clutch pads just in case sitting for 20+ yrs had adverse effect. Sub-fuel tank is intact and rust free and the key works in helmet lock (tank has a scuff) Tool Kit intact Passed Massachusetts Safety Inspection Brakes are great, but I have the new rear brake pad set All lights and lights on speedometer work Tires look brand new Chrome looks good, but could be shined up even more with very little effort Rims look good Gas tank has been cleaned and cleaned and cleaned…No rust Oil has been changed. Battery is good · Paint is pretty good with the exception of a few fixable spots: o The rear fender o The air box (previous owner scraped it on a branch), Decal will likely cover any paint work o Some scuffing under the battery box where someone failed to secure it while riding. o On the frame where the pegs were incorrectly installed. · Here are all the shiny new parts either Included or Installed: Included New Carburetor (Altitude will dictate tuning to some extent) Bike originally from Colorado. Included New Center Stand, Spring and hook Included New OEM Grips Included New Gear shift rubber Included New Heavy duty drive chain Included New Fuel Line, Petcocks, clamps and Fuel filters Included New Clutch discs (Vesrah-- not the cheap ones) Included New Clutch tool for holding the clutch basket Included New Clutch nut too Included New Clutch Cover gasket. Included New Front fender (Honda OEM) Included New Rear brake pad set (Honda OEM) Included New Front fender cable rubber Included New Headlight fixture with decal (Honda OEM) Included New Air box decal Included New Choke Lever for OEM carburetor (Honda OEM) Included New Honda Buddy Seat + Shock mounted pegs(used & installed) Included New Center Tube Cover and decals (Honda OEM) Included Printed Sleeved Manual in a binder Installed New Clutch Cover Rubber Protector Installed New Chrome lower exhaust shield Installed New Honda correct mirrors (Honda OEM—not the cheap ones) Installed New Non-resistor Spark plug Installed New Non-resistor Spark plug boot Installed New Mud flap Installed New Stainless Steel Allen kit installed on both the left and right engine side covers. Installed New Kick start rubber Installed New Battery Box decal Here’s what I would do if I was to keep the bike? READ THE MANUAL!!! Install the Center Stand as it make all further additions that much easier.Adjust the carb for altitude and temp or heck throw the brand new carb on. RIDE IT FOR 500 more miles then... Clean it and shine it up real nice Put the shiny new parts and decals on Full tune up after another 200 miles or so (everything is in spec, I am just thorough)In 500 more miles change out the clutch friction discs + clean internal filter+ inspect.Touch up paint scuffsEnjoy it as it is a pretty cool bike. Please look at the pictures and the video as they tell the rest of the story. I don’t think I could be any more thorough. It is a great looking bike that is getting very difficult to find. Because this is a bike there really are no returns unless you are willing to cover 100% of the return shipping. I am fine if you want to have an independent inspection as I want the buyer to love the bike as much as I do…. I have been honest in my description and have nothing to hide. You would just have to give me a heads up about an inspection. I reserve the right to end the auction early as I will also have this for sale locally. Please, I would HIGHLY encourage you to contact me with questions prior to bidding. See the video for my direct contact info. PAYMENT Payment will be a $500 PayPal deposit IMMEDIATELY followed by a bank check for the balance within 7 days of auction closing. I am flexible so we can discuss final payment if this is an issue or just do PayPal for the entire amount. The Bike will not be shipped until I have 100% of the funds. SHIPPING I have no issue shipping the bike, but you would make ALL arrangements and pay ALL fees unless negotiated or the "Buy It Now'' is used.. FINAL WORD I have been an eBay buyer and seller for 15 years and have 100% feedback. This is not by accident. This is due to integrity and following through on my word. I have done my very best to detail a bike that has been sitting in a garage for nearly 30yrs. Being that I am very new to these bikes could I have missed something…Yes….And I am willing to work with you, but essentially the bike is being sold “AS IS” as would any 30yr old vehicle.
