 I discovered  this beautiful 1975 Toyota Hi-lux in Washington. It is a wonderfully preserved time capsule ready for everyday use. This is a completely unmolested example of one of the toughest mini-trucks ever made. This truck had been sitting in a garage for 3 years in storage so I gave it a full and complete service including fresh oil and filter, new front brakes, calipers and lines. The brake and clutch fluid was flushed and replaced as well as the radiator fluid.   This Hi-Lux has had one re-spray to the original color. The interior is original and in great shape. There is some tape in the middle of the seat covering a crack in the very center of the seat. (see photo)   There is a very small crack on the dash. (see photo)  This truck still has the original owners manual and tool roll under the seat.  The original bias belted spare tire is still in place! The tires are nearly new all around.          This 1975 Toyota Hi- Lux runs and drives as new! Everything and I mean Everything works as it should! NO EXCUSES NO SURPRISES!  The heater blows nice and hot and the factory am radio only plays country music!  The Hi-Lux starts right up on cold mornings with no hesitancy, shifts up and down thru all 4 gears and reverse smoothly and brakes like a sports car!  I have driven this vehicle back and forth over Teton Pass (9300 feet of elevation) up the 10% 5 mile long grade and the little truck goes up at 45 miles per hour in 3rd gear to the top.  It has no trouble cruising at 70 miles per hour all day long and will get 24 miles per gallon doing it!  This is a testament to the Toyota 20R motor with timing chains instead of belts that just won't wear out.  The current miles show 32331 as it is a 5 digit odometer.
