Vehicle Detail
For sale: 2 owner blue 2004 Prius hatchback, tan interior. No accidents. Wear consistent with age. Interior has some grubby spots on the armrests, but seats are in excellent shape and have custom covers that have protected the upholstery. A few dings, and some light oxidation on the hatch, as might be expected for a car this age. NO RUST. Other than that place on the hatch, the paint looks terrific! RUNS GREAT! We have all service records. Great gas mileage. New brakes, new tires. Display screen, air, heat, and audio all in working order. It does need exhaust work (muffler and tailpipe patch), which we were told by Monro Muffler was what caused the "check engine" light to come on, according to their diagnostics. It will need to be addressed to pass emissions inspection. PA inspection current through Sept 30. We bought a newer larger Prius, since our kids are older now and take up more space in the car. :) If our teens were normal, and wished to learn to drive (I know!), we would make the exhaust repairs and keep the car for them. This would be a perfect first car for a young driver. WInning bidder must arrange pickup of the vehicle. On Sep-30-15 at 06:41:29 PDT, seller added the following information: UPDATE: NEW PICS ADDED!! UPHOLSTERY IS PRISTINE!! ***JUST REMOVED SEAT COVERS, AND THE UPHOLSTERY LOOKS AMAZING!! CHECK IT OUT!!*** This is a great little car - just needs a muffler, but it runs GREATand looks FANTASTIC!! Many miles left on it. These cars last a loooong time! Added a pic of the oxidized place on the hatch - it is not bad at all, just want to be up front about it. (We took off the seat covers. You can have them. They may be washable, and definitely protect the seats!!) On Sep-30-15 at 14:59:48 PDT, seller added the following information: Someone pointed this out, so I want to mention it - the first 5 pics are sort of "before" pics. I got in too big a hurry to list, and didn't have the car well cleaned yet when I took pics. When I took off the seat covers, I also scrubbed the center console/armrest and removed a great deal of the grime. See the later interior pics? Looks like a different car. I assure you it's the work of Dawn dish liquid and elbow grease. Amazing! Note the seat covers in the first 5 pics as well - sort of grubby? They provided excellent protection for the seats, as evidenced in the later pics.
