For sale today are 2 classic Ford Torino projects. Can sell individually, if someone wants, but this is a NO RESERVE auction for BOTH cars. The Blue car is a 1971 Torino Cobra 429 CJ shell. The garnet car is a 1970 GT Sportsroof Originally a louver car, the blue 429CJ still has its dash tags, door tags + fender stamp.The body panels are all original except for the hood. The roof is in NICE shape. Firewall is still intact and front clip and roof pillars are solid. The rest of the body panels and floors are there but very rough. It has some non-matching front and rear seats. Louvers are gone. Comes with a C6 transmission. It is not complete but has many EXTRA duplicate parts from other Torinos are included. Car has a clear title. Very high dollar car a long time ago. The garnet colored car was a BREATHTAKING 351 Cleveland GT car originally. No expense spared on her through the years. STILL has RUST-FREE floors and frame with even the floor's heat shields in tact. Quarters, trunk, rear end are flawless. Hideaway lights. Headers. Hood scoop. Side grill. Honeycomb rear grill. Dash top and dash front in perfect shape. The original White knitted vinyl seats were reupholstered with Black clarion material. Have not been installed. Seats are in mint condition.... Car was involved in an accident and suffered damage to drivers door, drivers fender, roof and drivers side frame. The vast majority of the car was unaffected but it will need a donor car to be repaired and become drivable which is why we are including the Blue 429 CJ. No title. Will come with roller tires instead of ones pictured.. Both cars will need assistance to roll. Great winter project and emerge in the Spring with a Beast Torino ready to roll... Both cars being sold as-is, how-is with right to inspect. NO RESERVE....5 day auction...NO warranties expressed or implied. Inspections are encouraged. We can gladly take extra pictures for you.
