I am selling my 1973 Mustang convertible. It is a very solid car, no rust. It has a 351 Cleveland engine that runs great. It does not smoke or leak any oil. I did a compression test and all of the cylinders were right at 150. It always starts right up on the first try. It runs great at 65 mph down the highway and has a lot of power. I drove it on a 200 mile trip a few weeks ago and it ran great. It has a Holley 4 barrel carb and an Eldlebrock Performance intake. The transmission is an automatic FMX and shifts great in all gears, no leaks. The car also has power steering and power brakes. It was originally set up for air conditioning, but the compressor was removed. Just about the entire front end has been replaced. Upper and lower control arms, tie rods, several bushings and shocks have all been replaced. The power brakes work excellent, the front are disc. It has dual Magnaflow exhaust which is fairly new and in excellent shape. It has a really good sound. The body is in great shape. The car was restored professionally about 15 years ago and has been a frequent weekend driver. The Arkansas title is clear and in still in the previous owner’s name. This is a beautiful car, not perfect, but a great driver. It has a few slight scratches that can be seen very close up. The top is in great condition, except for a small 1 inch tear on a pressure point over the back tack bar. The top is electric and works great. The paint has an excellent shine and is a beautiful color. It has a few small door dings. I would rate the paint and body a 7.5 on a scale of 1 to 10. It has a radio that works but the cd player does not work. I can sell overseas but must receive all money from a US bank. No checks, must have cash if picked up in person.
