The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a beautiful looking, 2004 Lincoln Limousine in excellent condition with only 98,021 miles. This is a 70” stretch limo by the Springfield Coach Builders Company, and is made for up to six rear occupants. We have three sets of factory keys & remotes. This limousine runs and drives beautifully. The engine runs strong and smoothly, and the transmission shifts perfectly. The suspension and steering feels nice and tight. The matching set of Michelin tires are showing good tread, and there is a full size spare on a matching wheel, and a jack. There are new brakes, and the air conditioning system was just completed serviced and updated including a new compressor. The oil & filters were replaced this week. There aren’t any service warning lights on and this Limo is ready to be put to work the day it is picked up, without the need for any service, maintenance or repairs. The exterior of this car looks terrific with only a few imperfection such as stone nicks and little bumps under the vinyl roof. There aren’t any dents or scratches on the body, and the Black paint is super glossy and lustrous over the entire body. There aren't any holes on the formal vinyl top. The bumpers are not scratched or scraped, and the alloy wheels are bright and clean. The interior of this car has been extremely well maintained. The passenger compartment looks like it was rarely used, and is in superb condition. All of the leather seats are soft and supple and in terrific condition. The trim is in perfect condition. All of the power and convenience equipment is operating properly, including all of the interior lighting, DVD players, stereo systems, air conditioning and the power privacy divider. This was a non smoker operated vehicle, and there aren't any smoke odors or other unpleasant odors of any sort. The vehicle history report is clean without any accidents or damage, and the title is clean and clear without any liens or encumbrances. This is a beautiful looking, and excellent running Limousine, and I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere in the country. The balance is due within seven days. Pickup of the vehicle is within ten days of auction completion. The acceptable methods of payment are Bank Wire Transfer, Certified Bank Check, Direct Deposit or Cash in person. We do not offer financing. Deposit down payments are non refundable. We do not accept trade ins. Any guarantee offer for this vehicle will be voided if payments are not made according to terms. However, the buyer will be offered the option to purchase an additional Extended Service Warranty for all applicable vehicles. The title is guaranteed to be free and clear. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
