I have for sale here is a 1964 Land Rover 109 series IIA. Let me make it clear that it is a good restore candidate or for parts. The truck runs and drives and stops fine. The engine is in very good condition and it sounds great. 4x4 works great. Transmission is good. Clutch is good. Battery is dead, but I can jumpstart it if you come over to check it out. Some missing parts here and there, mostly cosmetic (I can't list them all because I'm not a Rover guy,) the most noticeable one is the tailgate. In the pictures you won't see the upper part of the driver side door, but it is included. The frame is not good. It got patched before. In my opinion, it is good for a season or two then you will need to replace it. One Rover guy came by before and said this truck has a lot of good parts. Door skins are good, hood is in great shape, cab and glass are original and in very good shape, front corner lights and tail lights are original. Blinker seems working but the light bulbs might've gone out. The top of the cab has some scratches and dents because it once flew off. The truck runs great but I have never driven it far to test all the gauges (one person asked me about it before and I have no idea if they're in working condition or not.) I'll post all the pictures I have but if you want anything particular, please don't hesitate to ask. The mileage of this truck is listed on the title as Exceeding Mechanical limit, meaning the odometer has rolled over at least once. From the way the engine sounds and the drivetrain is in great shape, I would say this truck has around 130k (It makes sense because it was not built for highway cruising.) Again, I want to make sure that this truck is good for restore or for parts, please be serious about buying this truck and make sure you know what you're getting into.
