I'm selling my old suburban. It's a k2500 6.5litre turbodiesel 4 wheel drive heavy duty with 310,000 miles. The engine runs good, the auto transmission works well, the tires are pretty good on 17 inch hummer wheels, brake rotors fairly new ( 1000 miles or so) , has remote mounted fuel solenoid driver with new driver to cure the common 6.5 fuel injection problem also known as pmd, has manual fuel lift pump switch installed on dash, radio/cassette works, cruise control works, heat works, 4 wheel drive works great, has some new front end parts but needs new sway bar links but has been driven that way for at least 10000 miles(hardly noticeable), air conditioner does not work currently because of o-ring leak at refrigerant line. This truck has been used as a work truck for commuting 100 miles a day, the majority of the miles on it are highway miles / long trips. Has not been run more than a few miles a week for the last year or so. stopped driving last week when brake line went bad and unable to bleed without a lot of work. I don't have any time for this truck anymore and I don't need it. I bought it from the original owner (i think) who put close to 2000 miles a week on it and changed the oil every 2 weeks for about 240,000 miles. I have not been quite that diligent I'll have to be honest. I'm looking for the best price I can get for it without hiding anything. NO RESERVE- highest offer takes it. Since the brakes do not function well right now I'd have to say it cannot be driven, if you win the auction I will assist in loading it on a tow vehicle/carrier. Also will include the 4 stock rims and tires which are fairly well worn but free. air conditioner needs new o- rings where the refrigerant lines bolts to the compressor, high beam switch inoperative, not much body rust and no perforation of the sheet metal, recently had new fuel pickup and sending unit installed in fuel tank through an opening cut thru the cargo area floor in back that needs to be cleaned up, engine has some blow-by when you remove the oil filler cap but runs good. Has some usual fluid leaks.(ok,maybe more than usual) Needs paint. Front seat very worn. On Sep-07-15 at 15:00:36 PDT, seller added the following information: Added 9/7/15 JUST REMEMBERED; I HAVE 8 BRAND NEW GLOW PLUGS AND 8 BRAND NEW BOSCH INJECTORS THAT I BOUGHT FOR THE TRUCK AND NEVER INSTALLED THEM, ALSO I HAVE A NEW FUEL INJECTION PUMP THAT I BOUGHT AS A SPARE. DUSTY BUT NEW. THESE PARTS ARE INCLUDED TO THE HIGH BIDDER.
