Up for auction is a very cool convertible Volkswagen Thing. Car would make an excellent weekend driver as you spend time continuing to fix it up. The car runs and drives great. Clutch and transmission seem fine. It starts right up with no smoking or leaking. The tires are fine. The body is pretty good. The floor pans and trunk pans are fine. The front and rear are good. There are a few places where it needs some patching. The top and side curtains are great. The interior could use some new seat covers.
