This is a NO RESERVE auction, so take a look around eBay and get an idea of what you think fair-market value is. This is a really nice, restored CJ7. It might also be the quickest CJ on the market. It's got about 1000 miles on the rebuild, with a built 304 cubic inch V8. It's got a high performance cam, Edelbrock intake, 550 CFM Edelbrock carburetor, and a new HEI distributor. Mash the pedal on the right and acceleration is violent. The body is in great condition. It is the all-metal original. No bondo or filler. Everything was professionally prepped and painted last summer. It looks really nice. It’s sharper than you’re typically going to find on a CJ. The underbody is nice and solid, and the frame is nice and clean. Everything runs, drives, and functions well. It has Hedman headers, and a really nice Borla exhaust set up. It sounds really strong and aggressive. The interior is nice. It has a newer set of BestTop seats, matching BestTop center console, and a new back seat cover. The floor has a Rhino-lined type covering. The CJ comes with a full hard top, full soft top, a couple of different bikini tops, hard doors, soft doors, and soft half-doors. Each are in good working order, and all of the tops are in great shape. It's got a chrome kit on the engine, chrome wheels, chrome exhaust tips, etc. It also has a brand-new 12,000 lb winch, with remote. The tires are nice 33” BF Goodrich Mud-Terrains, in great shape. All of the lights and gauges work. I’ve tried to make sure that the CJ is in top condition. This summer, I’ve put on a new HEI distributor, new ignition, new fuel filters, new fuel regulator, and a new fuel pump. I’ve put on less than 250 miles this year, though, and with a newborn at home the prospects of getting to use it more don’t look good. Overall, this is a really nice, great-running vehicle. You can't find many CJs of this vintage, particularly set up like this one. I’ve had trailer queen CJ7s and CJ8s. There are no known substantive issues, but this is not a $25,000 nut-and-bolt rotisserie that you can’t bring yourself to drive for fear of road rash. In my opinion, this is much more enjoyable. It is a unique daily driver (if you’re not the suit and tie type, like me), or really cool weekend toy. It’s been built to drive and enjoy.
