1947 Ford Business Coupe. This is a very original Three Passenger Coupe. It has the original engine, transmission, and rear end. It has the original paint. The engine runs very good, starts easily, and sounds good. It shifts smoothly through all three gears, and the clutch is in good shape. The brakes work well and it has new brake lines. This is a nice, straight, 1947 Ford, that can currently be driven, but it would make a great restoration project. I have a clear title in my name and I will assist the shipper you select in shipping the car anywhere in the world. I bought the car with the intention of restoring it to original condition. I purchased a complete new dash, hood ornament, interior door handles, a rear fender, Parking light, and numerous other parts that go with the car. With this in mind, I will go through, in detail, what the car needs: 1. The car had an interior electrical fire that damaged the material in the passenger's compartment. I had the original seat reupholstered. I have purchased NOS parts and new parts for the interior. It comes with a complete new plastic dash set, new window cranks, shift nob, and a good used set of dash gauges. 2. The heat from the fire damaged some of the window glass. All of the glass is in place, the windows roll up and down smoothly, and the curved rear window is in good shape. I have purchased the quarter window seals that will come with the car. All of the bad glass is flat and easy to replace. 3. There are some rust issues that need to be repaired. The car comes with high quality rocker panels for both sides. Most of the rust issues can be corrected with a little metal work. Again, please look closely at all of the photos. 4. Some of the wiring will need to be replaced. I have purchase some of the needed wiring, but I don't know if the rest is good or not. I have a switch under the hood that connects the starter motor and coil. The car starts off of the original starter button once the switch is turned on. The car runs off of the original gas tank which has been cleaned and in good condition. 5.
