This 64 Chevelle has been sitting for the last 30 plus years in a garage. We basically pulled it out and cleaned it up and put fuel in the carb to see if it ran. It did fire right up but it's going to need the fuel system cleaned out and points,plugs,etc. It was originally white with black interior and looks to have been repainted once. The paint is amateur at best. When the color was changed they painted all the weatherstripping like it would have back in the day and lots of orange peel. The quarters have had patches put in both lower rear long ago and it looks like a rear section of floor from another car was put in at some point. Inside the trunk is super clean and the original trunk mat still looks new. You can see the quarter repairs from the trunk pics and the floor pics where we took the carpet out, all the interior is back in now. This car came with a power top, power brakes, the engine does not appear to be original and I'm not sure about the trans. I am a ford guy so I don't know much about Chevrolets. According to the numers on the firewall this is a real SS. Aside from the repair work that was done years ago this car is really solid and would be an easy restoration or make a real nice pro touring car. The interior is in pretty nice shape for original and all the exterior trim is nice and straight. It will need a new top as it has holes in it and the back window is gone.
