Up for sale is a solid 1926 Ford Model T Coupe also nicknamed the "Doctor's Coupe." This Lizzie is mechanically good- starts, runs and stops well with the original stock configuration on the engine and tranmission. Engine doesn't smoke nor knock, has a water-pump to keep the radiator cooler. Has a newer gray woolen interior put in by the previous owner, good bands in the transmission, good rear brakes and newer wiring. The car has been well-maintained and is solid metal, no bondo and I have knocked around it. Good demountable rims and good tires, solid wooden wheels and no loose spokes. All lights work and glass is all new safety style. New roof and headliner. Good safe after-market bumpers with nice nickel radiator cover and headlight rims. The car was a restoration project from an old timer in my neighborhood who moved away and couldn't take it with him.
