Update Running. I just started it today after putting in antifreeze & water. Borrowed a battery from my other vehicle & put in some gas & it started right up. It still purrs like a kitten the way I remember it. If you ever owned an old Chevy you know what I mean. Chevy has a special sound of the motor when running Like a Huey it is unmistakable. It will be missed I hate to have to sell it. 1968 Chevrolet Bel Air, 4 Door, 250 Cubic Inch, 6 Cylinder, Automatic Trans., Power Steering, Manual Brakes, Seats, Windows. My Grandfather bought this New in the fall of 1968, then it was given to my mother in 1977. I was restoring it for my mother; however due to back injury at work & being unemployed I can not finish restoring it. Last on the road April 30, 2004. I just installed a heavy duty radiator, Desert Cooler 3 core, with New Radiator hoses & Heater Hoses, & Thermostat. New front coil springs installed & New rear coil springs not installed & Monroe shocks in the box. New OEM gas pedal, new rubber brake & parking brake pedals. New pre-bent brake lines installed. Need to bleed brakes. Original Delco AM Radio & Antenna works great. Four original hub caps, 7 original rims 1 spare & 2 extra rims with Good Year Snow tires mounted. New turn signal switch installed. Reupolstered seats, new rug & sound deadner insulation. New Blinker switch cam. Too many new parts to list. Needs Restoration body work, paint, battery, ect. sold as-is.
