This R100GS is a former police bike that was bought by a small town in Massachusetts. The police station obviously used it very little and sold it to it's second owner in 2003 with 6,600mi on it. The second owner was the neighbor to the police chief in this small town. It's always been serviced, always stored inside, and never abused. It is nearly 100% original with the only exception being the seat cover. it IS the original seat, but it was recovered in black, and foam was added for comfort. This R100GS comes with all it's original keys, tool kit, hard bags, and owners manual. It has a brand new AGM battery, starts, runs, and rides excellent! All lights, gauges, switches, etc, all work as they should. The windshield on it was installed when the police station bought it new and it IS a factory BMW windshield. Amazing condition inside and out for a 27yr old bike! All matching numbers frame, engine, and title!
