Vehicle Detail
I'm the original owner of this LS430. It was dealer serviced on a regular basis: complete and verifiable records are available. In the last year (less than 2500 miles ago) the timing belt, water pump, radiator, and battery were all replaced. Earlier this year, the tires were replaced with high quality Michelin tires. They have less than 200 miles on them. The exterior color is Parchment Crystal. The interior is Ecru Ultra Luxury perforated leather, and the wood trim is the relatively rare, and really beautiful, ebony birdseye maple. Since it has the Ultra Luxury package, it's fully loaded. Some of the highlights are:Touch screen navigation system. While the navigation system is DVD based, it actually works a lot better than my 2014 Acura. Unlike the newer Lexus nav that uses a joystick/mouse thing, it uses a touch screen. The touch screen is responsive, and directions are reliable.Laser-guided adaptive cruise. Again, beats the pants off of my 2014 Acura. Tracks the car ahead; smoothly accelerates and decelerates.Power/automatic everything. Power windows, power door locks, power steering, power adjusting mirrors, power steering wheel adjustment, power front seat adjustments, power rear seats with recline, power moonroof with tilt, power trunk opening, power door closers, auto-leveling headlights, rain sensing windshield wipers, oscillating vents, headlamp washers, and so on...Air suspension. Very smooth ride. Hit a switch, and it raises up a few inches to clear sloping driveways or tall speedbumps.Parking assist. Sensors tell you when you're getting too close.Mark Levinson audio. 6 CD changer.Heated/cooled front seats. The front seats are insanely comfortable. The driver's seat has 14 different adjustments, the passenger's seat has 10 way adjustment.Refrigerator. It has a "cool box" refrigerator between the rear seats. The refrigerator only runs when the car is running, so you'll need to drive for a while if you want a cold drink.Heated massaging rear seats. The rear seats also recline, which is nice.Window shades. The rear seats have pull-up window shades on the sides, and a power window shade on the rear.Antilock brakes, skid control.Mirrors fold in when you park.Lowers BOTH mirrors when you put it in reverse. Why some cars only lower one mirror or the other, I'll never understand.Extremely quiet. The LS430 is one of the quietest cars ever built. It includes two keys with remote capability, one valet key, original manuals, original factory toolkit, full-size spare, and keys for wheel locks. The car has the following issues:The AM/FM radio doesn't work. The CD changer and cassette player do work. The hood supports are worn, and don't hold the hood open.Consistent with its age, there's some crazing of paint on the rear bumper.Consistent with its age, there's some wear on the driver's seat and front passenger seat. The navigation system is updated to 10.1, released in 2010. More recent versions are available - look for "Gen 2/3" DVDs.Also, the car is over 10 years old, so it doesn't have the newest features: there's no bluetooth, keyless start, or iPod integration. This is a private sale, not a dealer sale. What you bid is what you'll pay. I'm not charging a "seller's fee," "document fee," "preparation fee," "service fee," "administrative fee," or any other sneaky charges like many of the used car dealers' listings. If you're comparing prices against other cars, be sure to take that into consideration. The car is sold "as-is." Contact me if you want to inspect the car or arrange for inspection. You can pick it up in the Dallas area, or you can pay to have it shipped to you. You're responsible for all government mandated taxes and fees.
