This Cougar is a real nice driver, it has a fresh 351w and a 5 speed conversion has been done. It will grind going into 3rd gear if the clutch is not all the way to the floor which makes me think it's a cable adjustment. It drives nice with no rattles. This Cougar went on the power tour in 2013. A lot of work has been put into it. It has new suspension, control arms, springs and shocks. Subframe connectors have been added for strength. It has power disc brakes which have been gone through and power steering and A/C which is low on Freon. New dual exhaust with flowmaster mufflers give it a nice mellow sound. All of the black interior has been replaced including the headliner. This is a great driving cougar. The floors and torque boxes look great and the 1/4 panels were replaced. It is painted the original color with single stage paint. The headlamp doors work beautifully and do not lose vacuum at all. Car has tinted glass. Tires and American racing wheels are new. Most everything on this Cougar has been gone through to make sure it is dependable. If you want a nice looking driver that is dependable this is for you.
