68 Chevelle 300 Deluxe. Solid driver project. You can drive this car while you wrench on it. Has some rust in fenders. The quarters appear to have some mud, inner fenders are solid. Doors close nice as does deck lid. I put floor pans in a couple years ago but haven't finished any interior. Has a set of 69 SS buckets in now. Newer covers but, could use springs and foam. They are still worth big money. Here's a few features...- 350/350-mild build-steel crank-forged pistons- quality machine work- Comp Cams XE 274 w/ full kit.( has a nice bump/pulls hard to 6200)-factory heads w/comp hardware( car could use a good set of heads) -Edelbrock perf RPM-Edelbrock 750- HEI w/Pertronix internals ans coil-MSD Super Conducter 8.5 Wires-350 turbo with trans go valve body kit. Stock converter- suspension is stock and original- 10 bolt non posi-manual brakest/steering-New floor pans couple years ago-doors/rockers solid-frame solid/floor bracesLike I said, it's a driver. What it needs first is steering gear box and a bushing kit etc. It's getting looose. Still drives ok but wanders. Drum brakes all around but stop decent. I would do discs and power steering. It's a solid car worthy of a good resto. I owe some taxes so gotta sell a couple toys. This is a good project for the money if you have looked at what's out there.
