This is a factory Camper. This van has been stored and not driven much in the last 4 years. This was a daily driver before going into storage. The motor and clutch have been replaced before it was stored. The transmission shift good. The bus will need to have a tune up as it has been sitting for 4 years. The cargo floor and the driver's side floor up front, along with rocker panel under the side doors have been replaced. The camping interior has been refurbished. The seat/bed has been reupholstered. New birch paneling and new cabinets. All of the window seals, including all of the rubber on the louvered windows have been replaced. The rocker panel on the driver's side of the cargo area has rust and needs to be replaced. Underneath, the worst rust is on that driver's side rocker panel, the front jack point has rusted through in one spot. The passenger side rocker was replaced as well and as the jack points on that side. The front floor on the passenger side has some surface rust and is not rusted through. The driver's side floor corner was replaced at the same time as the cargo floor. There's a photo of the area just in front of the passenger side rear wheel that has been repaired with filler. There is some corrosion along the bottom of the passenger side windshield. The cargo floor has been replaced. The underside of the floor looks good. A lot of work has gone into this bus over the years. Over all this is a solid van that ran drove well before it was parked about four years ago. The van was taken on a road trip to Alaska before it was stored. With a little work this could be an excellent daily driver or solid basis for a restoration. The van has a clear Washington title.
