The C3 cars are becoming more and more collectable and increasing in value! 1975 was the last year for the C3 Convertible. This C3 has no rust issues that I can find and runs and drives like a new vehicle. Things work like they should like the key buzzer, lock out reverse, head light / tail lights, very quick head light doors, smooth power windows, interior lights, speedo, start up choke etc.... Get in the car and hit the road smiling. It has been preserved to drive and still shows very well. I have owned several Corvettes over the years but this one gets more thumbs up and positive comments than any I have ever driven. Is this car perfect? No and none of them are. The AC has been converted to R134 was just ok blowing "cool" air but they were not deep freezers when new. However, I checked it recently and is does not appear to be blowing as cool as it was previously. I never use the AC on a convertible so it may have leaked down over time and needs a charge. The clock does not work and the Tach runs backwards which is a common issue with these cars. This requires a circuit panel to repair but it was not a big deal for me as I am not redlining the engine RPMs. As can be expected, there are a a few rock chips and paint blemishes that have all been touched up with color matched paint. The clamshell has a very fine impression from the top that you have to be looking very close for to notice. Considering that the car is 40 years old and stills shows very well reflects just how well this car has been preserved and maintained. Why am I selling the car? I am thinning down my herd of toys. It is a simple as that. This is a great find and a rare color / rare condition Corvette. The refinements that began in 1974 and continued into 1975 made these cars much more pleasurable to drive than previous C3 models. I am pricing the car to sell and I don't believe it is going to be on the market for long. Don't hesitate to make a reasonable offer and do so with confidence that you are buying in to a great investment value that you will not be afraid to enjoy. Please have your finances in order prior to bidding or making an offer. I have bought and sold several "collector" cars on eBay over the years and take pride in keeping 100% positive feedback. That being said, I have described the car honestly and to the best of my ability. I encourage anyone with interest to inspect the vehicle prior to bidding so that you can confirm that I have described the car accurately. Also, feel free to ask any questions you may have about the car. I have a clear Tennessee Title for the Corvette in my name. I am not a dealer, this is a personal vehicle. If you are the winning bidder, please prepare to send a $2000 deposit within 48 hours and have plans in place to pick up the car within 7 days. Pick up and shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and the car will be picked up at my residence in Chattanooga Tn. Thank you for taking the time to look at and consider buying my car and GOOD LUCK!
