20 years old, but runs great. Intake manifold gasket was replaced by PO, no coolant leaks. 96,400 miles - not many for a car of this vintage. It starts right up, goes where you point it and stops when you get there. The heat, AC and radio work fine. What more can you ask for?Also, seats are cloth (no expensive leather to care for or vinyl to stick to) and the front seat is a bench, with flip-down arm rest.Seriously, I wouldn't hesitate to plan a pretty long trip in this car. Only reason I'm selling it is that I got a good deal on a van. I replaced the windshield wipers with brand-new Silblades a few months ago. Even if you DON'T buy this car, remember these wipers - they're the best. One of the headlamps burned out. Rather than replace it with a standard bulb, I replaced both sides with HID bulbs. What a difference! A common problem with mid 1990s Chevy engines was leaking intake manifold gaskets. This car had the gasket replaced a few years ago by the mechanic I bought it from last year. The oil has been changed regularly. The paint is in pretty rough shape, but there's no serious rust at all. The passenger side rear view mirror HOUSING is cracked (mirror is fine), and the car looks 20 years old. No major rust, though. The tires are practically new. The sensor for coolant level is out of whack and lights the light sometimes. Intake manifold gasket was replaced by PO, and there are no coolant leaks. LOCAL BUYERS ONLY!
