Vehicle Detail
Condition / Functional: Attention Panther platform / P71s lovers: The present Ford Crown Victoria Interceptor is in excellent shape as you will note in these pics, runs and cruises very smooth, the brakes are like-new and the steering feels tight and accurate. Some P71 owners, as well as private transportation businesses have driven these cars well past 300,000 miles (when properly maintained). They also provide great protection for all occupants. This vehicle is Accident Free as reported by AutoCheck. Not very many 05’ P71s left in this condition, insurance rates should be affordable for this car too. No unusual noise(s) coming from engine, transmission or rear axle; no Check Engine Light present. The rear door locks and related mechanisms have been reinstalled and reactivated; also, the horn and the courtesy dome light operation. All (4) power windows work properly. As part of the brakes system inspection, the front and rear brake rotors and brake pads appeared to be just-installed OEM’s, the factory protective brake rotors paint was still present. The rear axle lubricant was replaced; also, new axle shaft TIMKEN bearings and seals were installed. Additionally, I have installed New MOOG greaseable steering parts including: upper control arms/ball joints, lower ball joints and suspension stabilizer bar links; new GABRIEL H.D. Max Control front shocks (struts), GABRIEL H.D. Max Control rear shocks, A/C in excellent working condition, standard Police AM/FM radio, tilt steering, power steering, remote side mirrors. Tires are in excellent condition – 9.5/32 average tread depths. The C Vic has a practically brand new full size spare tire with jack. Very well maintained and everything in above average condition. Condition - Exterior / Interior: The original white paint was peeling off in the hood, roof and trunk panels – a common problem affecting these squad vehicles which are usually kept in open parking areas. As part of the Professional new paint job, I ordered the removal of: the LH police spot light, about (6) antenna/wiring holes which were on the roof and the rear right quarter panel original radio antenna hole was sealed (which has been replaced with a new low-profile radio antenna with inline signal amplifier now located in the center trunk lid); however, minor or hard to see imperfections might be present. Also, I have just installed a new OEM LH Front Interior “A” Pillar Trim cover. Being a Florida vehicle, there is no extraordinary undercarriage rust (please, refer to the attached rear axle bearings, seal and lubricant service picture). The vehicle may be either personally inspected or by your designee by appointment until Monday, May 11th at 07:30p.m. ET; I will try to accommodate every request. Payment Options: Option – 1) A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hrs of the winner-bidder notification. The rest must be paid in Cash once you come to pick up the vehicle. You will be responsible to arrange vehicle pickup or transportation and for any related costs. If coming from out-of-state, please, consult with your Local Tag Agency about any fees and the paperwork you might need to bring to Florida to ensure a smooth Vehicle Title Transfer. I will do my very best to pick you up at the Miami Intl. Airport as I’ve done in the past for other customers. You will need to pick up the vehicle within 7 business day following the winner-bidder notification depending on the payment option you choose. Option – 2) Will accept a Nationally Credited Bank Cashier’s or Personal Check; note that you are still responsible for the payment of any Vehicle Title transfer fees and applicable Florida Taxes. Also, my bank (and other banks) requires (5) business days to clear any check in excess of $5000.00; and, I would need at least (2) additional business days to: deposit said check and to find out whether it cleared at my bank. In other words, you would need to wait (7) business days after I receive your Nationally Credited Bank Cashier’s or Personal Check before I would release the Title and keys (assuming that your payment instrument clears out).
