Good spark, good compression, starts and runs good on all 3 cylinders by spraying ether in the airbox. Oil injection seems to be working as it smokes evenly out of all pipes. Carbs and tank need cleaning. Throttle doesn't move. All other controls work. Missing side cover. No title, bill of sale only. Tank has minimal rust inside, with no dents.
