Here is a driver quality Hudson Pacemaker- I have owned it for many years and since it mostly sits, it is time to move it-This car is rock solid. 232 flat six with 3 on the tree.I have put in all new brakes-master cylinder-fuel pump-wheel bearings-brake hoses-wheel cylinders and other parts that I have forgotten about.radiator has a leak at the top-hence no rad cap-This is no show car-old lacquer paint-dull chrome-but rock solid and runs well-I have had many hudsons and unlike those, this one has no rust and is all original underneath-inner rockers all solid-floor pans solid-bottom of the doors solid-trunk solid-you can use this as is or restore it. NO PAYPAL FOR ANYTHING!! all checks must clear before I let this out of my garage-Now I know how hard it can be to find the right shipper so I will store this in my garage until you can find a reliable source-but please have it moved by the end of summer- Steve at 845-863-6327 for questions- no emails pleaseI will add more pics this weekend this car has the overdrive transmission that just recently stopped working -just to be clear here-the transmission works fine but won't go into overdrive-I think it is only an electrical problem-it also works in two modes-the one I use is, when you take your foot off the gas the transmission disengages and a clutch is not needed but as soon as you touch the gas it engages or you can use it as a normal 3 speed. lots and lots of questions regarding rust-here we go again-this car has ALL THE ORIGINAL SHEET METAL UNDERNEATH HER -THERE ARE NO PATCHES OR REPAIRS EVER UNDER THIS CAR-NO RUST IN THE TRUNK-NO RUST IN THE ROCKERS-FLOORS-DOORS-QUARTERS-FENDERS. sorry for the caps but I need to make sure people understand the condition underneath this car is clean!
