Up for sale is a 2008 Honda Civic that was supposedly involved in a flood. If it was it did not make it past the rocker panels because this thing is very clean and has no issues. We have had this vehicle since last November and it has been running great since we have had it. There are no warning lights on the dash and it runs and drives perfect. Hybrid system is 100% functional . It comes with a clear title marked flood. It does not have a salvage title. It can be registered just like a normal vehicle.
