I really hate to part with this but my kids are reaching driving age and I have to get into something more practical for our second car. We bought this Land Cruiser in 1993 and have enjoyed it ever since as a fun second car. In 1999 we had it completely stripped, sand blasted and painted Yellow. A few years ago it needed about $1,500.00 in repairs and we garaged it as we were travelling a lot and did not have time or need for it . It has not been run since. The repairs it needed included: Front and Rear brakes - $250.00 each, Clutch Slave and Master Cylinder - $451,80, and replacement of a water pump $392.00 There are a few spots on the body, drivers floorboard and hood that have rusted through and will need attention but otherwise this is a very clean restore that should not take long to get back into shape. The Hard Top - We took the Hard top off when we bought it in 1993 and never put it back on. It has been stored ever since. The Roof panel has some minor rusting on one side as seen in the image. The side panels, two rear doors and two side doors are in great shape.The two Jump Seats have also been stored since 1993. The Soft Top - The Tiger Top is In very good shape and window panels are very clear. The Two Side Doors come with it. Also pictured is the Top cover I had made. It acts like a boats bimini cover and when down it all rolls into the cover and zips shut. I had it made from marine canvas with no rust plastic industrial zipper. I have its entire maintenance and repair history and all purchase receipts for accessories purchased, mainly from Specter Off-Road. This ride has been loved and has good MoJo !
