Hello and thank you for looking at my auction today. Up for sale today I have this beautiful 1987 Chevy V10. It is located in El Paso TX. I have owned this truck for over a year now I am the second owner I purchased the truck in the state of Montana and brought it to its new home here in Texas. The truck rarely gets driven and sits parked in my house most of the time. We recently had our first born and so now is time to clear some of my toys. I just sold another short bed 4x4 chevy here on ebay this month and will be selling a couple of blazers soon. I am a licensed auto dealer in the state of Texas therefore I am able to assist any Texas buyer with registration. This truck comes with 350ci TBI V-8 engine and an overdrive automatic transmission. Mechanically. Engine starts right up this truck (built in 1987) is the only year that the square body came with fuel injection (TBI) and so gets better MPG than the carbureted models built 1986 and under. Everything under the hood is stock except for the exhaust headers all plugs wires fluids filters are up to date. The transmission was serviced last year and though I don’t know when I believe the transmission was rebuilt not too long ago. Both front and rear differentials got new fluids and gaskets last year. The passenger side fuel tank got a new fuel pump, the driver side also works and each hold about 15 gallons. Undercarriage. The truck comes with the very desirable option of dual shock absorbers, making it handle excellent in quick turns without sagging from side to side. All shocks were replaced last year. Tires are less than 3000k miles old. All steering components tie rod ends ball joints damper etc. are new. Brakes are in good condition. Interior. Inside is nice and clean. The dash pad is original to the truck and does not have one crack! The radio opening has not been cut to fit a new style receiver. The old factory radio did not work so I replaced it with this cheap and useless dual knob radio to fill in the hole. It has one factory floor mat and one missing. Both sun visors are good and stay put. The gauges that don’t work are the oil pressure and clock (disconnected) , the rest work fine. The driver side seat belt works but gets jammed and will need replacing at some point. The door panels are in one piece and again have not been cut. The seat is a bit tired but not teared in any way. Behind the bench is clean with the factory cardboard still in good shape.A/C is ICE COLD! Exterior. The paint is original and the body shows minimal rust only three spots that I could find, on the rear cab corners (look at picture) and the left bed side before the tail light there is some surface rust on a 2 inch spot. The hood and roof have some old hail damage which I tried to get in the pictures. The bed is excellent I see now signs that this truck has been loaded (look at picture) the tool box is not drilled in. I am selling this truck As-Is where is. The truck is located in El Paso TX.
