hello,up for auction is my 1965 ford fairlane wagon.this is a very good example of a vitually rust free car.the typical firewall,battery box,floor,etc is in really good shape.i bought this car with intensions of restoring it,but with a young baby,things as we all know don't work out always.ive cruised this car., for 2 years now.i rebuilt the frt end(ball joints upper and lower,inner and outer tie rod ends,idler arm,and resealed the power steering ram.ive replaced all the brake linings,and wheel cylinders also.ive replaced the factory fuel tank with a 25 gallon fuel cell as well.good for long distance cruising.ive replaced all the engine ignition components as well.rebuilt the carb.it runs good and strong.trans shifts perfectly.emergency brake holds,etc.289 ci,2bbl.c4 auto trans.ive replaced all the rubber with radial t/a, tires.also draglite aluminum wheels.this wagon is a real head turner.the interior has some usual tears,,but its all there.power back window.the regulator needs attn.,as it goes up a little crooked.it chipped the back window a bit on the corner.it could use paintwork,as someone before I bought it painted it poorly in my opinion.a little surface rust .definatly not bad though..still looks unbelievably cool.it is a real head turner for sure.i get so many honks and thumbs up in this car everytime I take it out.i really hate to sell it,but the baby needs shoes.lol.it is a near perfect restoration car,or drive it exactly the way it is...take it to cruise night.you wont belive the comments you will get.i know I did and really enjoyed the fun.read my feedback and bid with confidence..thank you.please only Canada and us bidders,unless you contact me.shipping arrangements must be done on the buyers end.e-transfer,or paypal accepted.also,a paypal 500 deposit required 24 hours after sale.full payment in 48 hrs please.ive had it up for auction before and got the run-around before.please...if you don't have the money,dont bid.thx for the interest and happy bidding.THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTION WITH A VERY LOW STARTING PRICE.
