HIS AND HERS PAIR OF 1985 HONDA 200X ATC'S Please read the ENTIRE AD. There is alot of information here. I will attempt to share everything I know about these machines. These have been in my own personal collection for the last 4 years. I have put about 15 hours on each of them in that time. The only non OEM parts are one seat cover, one pair of grips, both carburetors, one set of rear wheels, UNI air filters, fuel filters, and clutch cables **From this point on, the machine with the OEM seat cover will be referred to as BIKE #1, the other bike with the non OEM seat cover will be referred to as BIKE #2** Here is a video of both bikes starting and running. I have recently ridden both bikes. Both bikes start easily with one kick when cold. neither clutch slips. neither bike smokes. BIKE #1 has spelled out OHTSU PRO VECTOR tires all around. Rear tires are showing signs of weather checking, pictured. One of the rear tires has a plug that will need to be replaced as it will slowly air down in about a week. Fenders are very nice all around with original decals in nice condition. No cracks or damage to finders. No fading. Still have factory shine. No dents in nice tank. one scratch on left side, pictured. nice original shrouds. Inside is beautiful. Original grips with end caps. Nice original headlight. No fading to plastic parts. Motor runs well, no leaks, no drips. Motor has never been opened up. Clutch does not slip. Trans shifts through all 5 gears with no hangups or issues. Motor has a light head tick audible in the video. very nice, original seat. cover is still soft all over with no tears or damage. couple small, easily removable marks. Missing fork boots. Has original tool box with tools. UNI air filter. BIKE #2 has spelled out OHTSU PRO VECTOR tire in front (60% tread) and very, very low hour (with tits) OHTSU P/V tires in the rear (98% tread) on DOUGLAS aluminum wheels. Fenders are in nice condition. Front fender has a couple cracks and some spider webbing. No fading to plastic parts. Rear fender has some scratches, but is still nice. Still has factory shine. Motor runs well. No leaks or drips. Clutch does not slip. Trans shifts through all 5 gears with no issues or hangups. Tank has light knee dents on both sides, but still shows well. some damage near where the shroud mounts, pictured. Inside of tank is beautiful. Seat cover, grips, and rear wheels are not OEM. Seat cover is in nice shape. still soft all over. no tears or damage. Grips are SCOTT and have low hours. Fork boots are OEM originals and are faded and stiff. They have one small hole and lots of tiny cracks. Missing tool box. UNI air filter The bikes run and ride as they should. All lights work, all brakes work, all bearings are nice, tight, and smooth. Clean California paperwork in hand for both bikes. Both bikes will need the rear shock rebuilt. air has seeped into the system causing a gap in the shock's function. Shock shafts are in great shape with no rust or damage. Bikes are fine examples of nice low hour SURVIVORS, but are not perfect. Please understand that you are buying 30 year old off road ATV's and there will be signs of normal use. Shipping is to be arranged by the buyer. Local pickup is available. I am also able to transport these bikes to a shipping depot within San Diego, if necessary. I can also transport these bikes to a shipping port or depot outside of San Diego, or can deliver these bikes to a Southern California buyer, but will require an additional fee.
