1967 Mustang, 289 V8, Holley 4V, C4 Auto. Runs and drives, lots of new parts; radiator, battery, voltage regulator, starter solenoid... Car starts and runs good, no exhaust smoke or major leaks. Have not driven at highway speeds, but transmission seems to shift good, front end feels tight and brakes are responsive. Car has rear air shocks that need to be replaced. Car has headers and custom exhaust. Tires are dry rotted. This is a project car and will require maintenance to be roadworthy, but has great bones and depending on your goals could be on the road shortly. Looks like the car was sanded and then painted with spray can primer, was not a very professional job (over spray on the bright work and chrome). The only place I can detect previous body repair is on the quarter panels. Floorboards are solid with a couple of minor rust areas with no signs of previous repair.. No cracked glass, all window regulators will need work. The interior will need a complete redo. The headliner has been removed and the instrument cluster is sitting loose in the dash. Under dash wiring will need to be inspected as it appears the previous owner had disconnected the instrument cluster in an effort to remove the dash pad. I reconnected most of it to get the car running but there are some loose wires and and some of the gauges don't work. Radio and blower motor don't turn on. Tried to give an good assessment of the car's condition. Not a rust bucket junk heap with no running gear, but will require work to get going. Car is available for inspection.
