I am selling my 1970 Chevelle Convertible that I've had tucked away in my warehouse. The most expensive part has been completed, it was media blasted and all of the rust has been cut out and replaced with new replacement metal, Goodmark quarters were used back when they were available, new floor, trunk, inner and outer wheelhouses, doors, fenders and hood, (has a dent from shipping), were all installed and finished out. If someone gave you a convertible that had rust issues I'm not sure you could get the car to this point for what I'm asking, it's very expensive and if not done properly can present significant challenges for a restorer. All of the work done to this car was done by a restoration company and not in someone's backyard. It was taken off the frame and all work was done to a very high level for me as I was planning on keeping this car and finishing it out for my personal use. We're in the process of downsizing and with two kids heading off to college, this car is pretty far down the list of priorities and will be there for as far as I can see so it's time for a new home. This was going to be a black on black 454 with a 4 speed behind it in my dreams, but now your dreams can make this car whatever you've always wanted! I've never titled the car in my name since it was going to be a long term project but I will do that later this week and have a title in my name in about one week, as you can see it's loaded and ready to go, we just need a break in this weird snow we're getting for me to hook up to the trailer. Sold as is where is, but if you come to pick it up and don't like it I'll give you all of your money back but $100 to relist it, the body lines are very nice and crisp and align nicely, I'm very confident that anyone will be pleased with the car as it's an incredible starting place. If you purchase the car sight unseen and have it shipped to you then it's your car, I don't want someone to sit at home for weeks on end knit picking the car and calling me every time you see something you missed, please just come and look at it or hire someone or send a buddy, I want this to be a fun and friendly transaction for both of us. $500 due in 36 hours of auction ending and balance in 5 days or upon pick up whichever comes first. No other parts are included beyond what's on the car, I have collected loads of parts throughout the years and have many things needed to restore the car, (probably duplicates and triplicates in many cases), that would be available for an additional and reasonable price depending on exactly what you're wanting of course. The doors don't line up perfectly because there's no striker for them latch to, the quarters are installed beautifully, once the strikers are installed you can easily adjust the doors. I was able to get all of the title work completed today and will have a title in three to four business days.
