1979 CORVETTE This 1979 Corvette has been completely gone thru. The motor has been rebuilt with receipt. The transmission has been replaced with a 700R automatic with overdrive ,with receipt ( instead of the stock 3 speed auto ) so you can cruise at highway speeds at 2000 rpm. The rear end has all new trans-axles, spindles and bushings , as well as disc brakes and the rear has just been serviced with GM rear end oil and GM anti-slip fluid. The driveline as described is in excellent condition, NO LEAKS. Under the hood- the car was just tuned up with all new plugs , spark plug wires and new distributor with receipts. The A/C is all new including compressor, condenser and dryer with receipts, blows ice cold. New exhaust manifold and pipes with receipt. Power windows work fine and the pop-up headlights work like they should. Brakes are excellent and tires are new , with receipt. A new Sterio has been installed that changes colors constantly or you can set it to one color , the dash was not cut to install. The Corvette comes with a Soft-Top as shown in the pictures and the buyer has the option of whether they want a NEW 1 piece glass top included ( additional $400 ) . The soft top seals fine and can be taken off in seconds and stored in a bag thats included. The interior is clean , the seats have no rips and seat covers were replaced some years ago ,and the carpet is good. The dashboard has 1 small crack by the passenger side speaker area . There is a Corvette dash cover with the car. I have $18,000 worth of receipts dating back from the 1st owner who had the car until the early 2000's. I have the build sheet ,but it isnt in good shape. Also have the 1st odometer statement showing 10 miles on the car. Since 2000 the car has been serviced by a reputable Corvette shop and well know Corvette dealer in the Orlando area. This Corvette is not a show car , it's a nice " driver quality ' car. Most times cars are bought and we hope the motor or tranny will be ok.
