This systems knows where you are starting and presumes you are going somewhere in the same state, and city. Thus you do not need to input that information every time. Beyond that the keyboard only includes keys that are pertinent to your destination. So for example if you are in California and you are going to a city in California it will not display the “Q” , the “X” the “Z” etc. if there are no cities that start with those letters, same with street names, and street numbers. Navigation was a $3000+ option new and a must have when I bought the car. Premium Sound: It really is a good sound system clear clean, plenty of rich bass. It sounds really good. Smooth V6 Power: These cars were originally rated at 242 HP but there really is much more to the story than that. The acceleration is strong and linear. The car sounds more like a jet aircraft on takeoff than a dragster, it is real smooth. Towing Package: This is a dealer installed towing package. More than just the receiver it includes a transmission cooler. I do not own anything to tow on a regular basis, so its tow duties were limited to an occasional utility trailer I would borrow from my neighbor. Sheetrock Compatible Cargo: The floor of the cargo bed measures 48 in + all the way to the tailgate. (The tailgate design intern did not get the message.) The tailgate does measure 48 in + about 8 inches above the floor. I have a cradle that facilitates the carful insertion of sheetrock or plywood. The forums will tell you that you can always have it delivered or put it on the rack, but makes no sense to me to pay for delivery of one sheet of sheetrock, and putting sheetrock on the roof might work if the wind does not catch it. Headrests: First this car has them all, I’ve seen listings where they appear to be missing. But the seating arrangement is such that the rear visibility is better than in most cars, in particular most SUV’s. Comforts: The list is really long, just suffice it to say that this car is loaded with comforts. Little things like heated rear view mirrors, the right mirror tilts down when you shift into reverse to aid view of the curb. The car runs and shifts well. However the transmission needs work. This car has been in California since at least 40,000 miles, there is no sign of body rust. There are several dents and scratches. (Zoom in the photos.) I recently had new tires shocks and struts installed along with an alignment. Full disclosure of all the negatives I am aware of: The driver’s side map light switch is stuck in the “on” position the bulb has been removed. There are scrapes and dents, and some surface rust all of which are shown in the photos. The "A's in Acura fell off the tailgateThere is a dent in the hood which does not show well in the photos. One of those scrapes cracked part of the front bumper and the drivers side fog light is loose. There is a noise from the transmission; it has not been diagnosed beyond that.Occasionally a CD will get stuck during eject from the changer, pull it out with some tweezers and it is good to go.There are a few “button bulbs” burnt out.Occasionally the navigation display is dim and takes some time to sort itself out.You will see the stitching in the driver’s side seat has failed, the underlying leather appears good, just stitching that needs to be redone. The right hood gas strut seems to have lost its charge. The tailgate gas struts for the tailgate occasionally do not have enough umph. Maintenance: Regular oil changes using synthetic oil.Timing Belt, Water Pump & Belts replaced at 187,641 miles.New Tires, Shocks, Struts and Control Arm Bushings a few weeks ago. Payment: Paypal works best for the deposit.Paypal or cash work well for the balance. E-Mail me with any questions and good luck bidding. On Feb-06-15 at 18:52:18 PST, seller added the following information: The following question was asked: Can you be more specific on the Trans issue? Have you had it diagnosed? What is the issue? Was there an estimated cost? Thanks. Here is my answer: There is a noise that is cyclical with the speed of the vehicle. (Imagine a playing card in the spokes of your bike at low speeds when you were a kid.) The noise is intermittent, when it is there, the noise is drowned out at speeds over 20-30 mph. When I took it in for diagnosis I went for a test drive with the mechanic and we could not reproduce the noise at any speed. The tires were worn out and they indicated that sometimes worn tires can make such noises. When I paid for the tires etc. the noise returned as soon as I left the shop. Again I test drove it with the mechanic, he heard it too. He put it up on the rack and said the noise is coming from the transmission. I have not had any diagnosis or quotes beyond that.On Feb-08-15 at 20:58:16 PST, seller added the following information: Another Comment:Please be sure to ask any questions before bidding. I can also send along additional photos beyond the E-Bay limit of 24.
