for sale - 2006 audi a4 cabrio s-line we are the second owners of the car. we bought it in june of 2013 from the original owner. we are selling it for a few reasons. it was initially purchased as a commuter car for my wife. she did a 90 mile daily commute and wanted something fuel efficient and fun. she is no longer doing that commute, but she is dropping off our daughter at daycare. While the car-seat fits into the car, accessing it in the back seat is not ideal. about the car... i put new Michelin primacy tires on it when we bought it in 2013, they are in very good shape.i added a Bluetooth module for phone calls and an ipod cable for music and charging.we have always used synthetic oil in the cari have receipts for around $3500 of maintenance including the timing belt and water pump (done by previous owner at around 90,000 miles), tires, brakes, ignition coils, etc. everything works as it should with the exception of the following, which I have found are pretty typical for this model and year of audi: battery is dead in one of the key fobs and it cannot be used to start the car. it needs a new battery and might need to be reprogrammed - not sure how that works.there is a broken hinge on the glove box damper side. the glove box stays up when driving, but drops pretty hard when opening.there is a movable deck in the trunk that adjusts to create more space when the top is up. it can be hand or cable operated, but the cable is broken.this does not affect the functioning of the top in any way.the glass window in the top is still attached, but has begun to pull away, as seen in the photos.there are some scratches here and there, i tried to capture them all in the photosthere is some wear on the side of the drivers seat, and driver side door gasket it is a really nice car, fun to drive, has a great sound system, and will be missed. auction conditions: the car is being sold "as-is", meaning with no warrantythe car is also being offered for sale locally and the seller reserves the right to end the auction earlyif the car is sold to a California buyer, the seller will smog test the vehicle for an additional $100
