1961 International Metro-Mite UP for auction today is this bad ass little 1961 International metro-mite. Its a micro step van that looks like it has held many different service jobs in its past. If your looking for something crusty to bag and slam this thing is it. The steel outer body has seen a few paint jobs, the sun and time have created a awesome crusty patina. It does has a few small holes here and there but for the most part its just surface rust. The interior is the same only a full floor pan kit has been fabricated for it from 90g sheet metal. It is factory level recreation, the old needs removed and new needs installed. The engine supposedly ran but the previous owner got held up at the water pump. Other then the air cleaner it looks complete. All doors open as they should and latch. Glass is rough, seats are there. Id say the little metro is about 95% complete. it would be really bad ass slammed step van. Its small size would make it a excellent cruiser.
