While it only has 110 horsepower, the electric motor puts out 210 lb-ft of torque. Electric motors have all their torque available as soon as you press the pedal. Acceleration is amazing. Forget any notions you have of a gutless electric or hybrid car. The Leaf charges at home using the included 120v charger. We have available a combo charger (120v/240v) for $650.
