'40 2 Door sedan. Car is very complete. It has all of the original power train but is not running. I have most of the trim but it is off of the car. Current California title. It has mostly just surface rust, the body is very solid. There is a rust area that has an old repair below the trunk and there is a coupple of minor holes in the bottom of the trunk, otherwise the floor is good. It is registered as a Deluxe but may have been born as a Standard (has std instrument cluster) This car can be inspected in Whittier California. I have a lift and and inspection of the undercarraige is no problem. THX Marty
