Engine completely rebuilt according to former owner who said he spent around $2800..( Iam not 100% sure but I believe the heads were rebuilt from the condition of the heads and newer gasket) Clean Title Car is currently registered and titled in NEW YORKYou will receive the title and a BILL of SALE from me. The top is open with no material..because the truck driver hauler who brought the car here to Minnesota did not wrap or cover the top..It "blew off along with the Visor"..however he located another visor..I paid $1700 for hauling less the truckers offer to "take off $300 for his carelessness. I have a roll of nice good quality black naugahyde and padding to go with car..Extra running board, spare tire, windshield wiper visor . I paid $5800 for the 29 Chevy in July..total spent with hauling $1400=$7200 Make me an offer..I have a car hauler and I would consider trailering the '29 Chevy as long as its within a reasonable distance.. On Dec-30-14 at 07:53:58 PST, seller added the following information: Note: After Listing Chevy on Ebay..a couple smarter than me Ebayers..said it is a 1930 Chevy..doing more research shows the dash belongs ona 1930..Even though the title shows 1929....there undoubted is a 1930 dash board... So heres a couple theories provided me..1. The car was given a 1929 Registration after perhaps one was lost. 2. The car was made in 1929 using a 1930 DASH ( maybe later year 1929) then issued a 1929 Title.. There are also issues with the tires.. again..I do not know..(wasnt there) called the former owner a retired POLICE OFFICER and he stated its possible a HYBRID using parts on the car building it in1929... It was built in TERRYTOWN NEW YORK..The Body TAG shows a 1930 Build date...and perhaps its like 2015's vehicles built in 2014.. my opinion is..I really dont know but the way it looks to me..is its a 1929 titled car with a 1930s dash and wheels on it The expert guys on these cars seem to know their stuff...so you will have to be the judge. Then tagged and sold as a 1930's model.
