1964 Corvette Roadster--This car is #'s matching and has been sitting in a garage since 1994--The car is Satin Silver with Black vinyl interior and black soft top-It has its #'s matching 327 300HP engine --It is a 4 speed manual trans and 3.36 Posi rear end-The car also features a Hardtop from a 1963 corvette-The hardtop has some kind of vinyl coating on it and need the headliner for the hardtop-it also features an AM/FM radio that still works Clock,dual sun visors, Cigarette lighter, courtesy light, and a black convertible top--The car has been repainted at somepoint in its life and is getting a little thin on the back deck-It still shines well though but is showing some age-It does have a few small cracks on the nose-please see the picture-Not bad at all--It has GM factory sidepipes that were installed very early in its life--They still have GM stickers on them-There is a rattle from the passenger side exhaust pipe--I have not really checked it out yet-But it rattles-Pipes sound nice-It still has some of the factory paint and markings on the undercarriage and in the car-Front bumpers are very nice-rear are showing some age-but still shine very well-I do have the original shielding components for the engine-The interior is very nice-the paint on the shifter plate is chipping off the paint some-But other than that the interior is nice-No rips or tears-The motor runs fantastic-The odometer shows a little over 45,000 and I believe it to be original but you be the judge-Frame on the car is very nice-See the pics-The car has been sitting since 1994-This is what was done to get the car road worthy--The gas tank was removed and cleaned out-A new fuel pump was installed as were the fuel line from the pump to the carb-The plugs were removed and new plugs and wires were installed--the oil and filter was changed-Marvel mystery oil was put into the cylinders to ensure the motor was free-It sat for 5 days and then hand turned-All 4 wheel cylinders were replaced and the brake lines were flushed-The car was then fired-The oil was then changed again-The car runs fantastic and starts on the first crank-with no smoke or noises--It really runs like new-Below is a list of all #s on the car-- Paint code-940A(Satin Silver) Trim STD(Black Vinyl) Body date F08(June 8th) Front pad-41202102 F0612RD-Decodes as partial vin June 12 327ci 300 hp MT----Body Date-F08(june80----, Paint 940a (satin silver), ---Trim STD9Black Vinyl), Block-3782870 (1964 327) Block Date-F 11 4 (june 11th 1964) Intake maninfold-3844459 (1964 327 300hp) Manifold date-F 9 4 (june 9 1964) Carburetor-3851761 3721sa (1964 327 300hp mt) Carb Date-D4(april 1964) Head Driver side 3782461 (1964 327 300Hp)Head driver date-F 9 4(june 9th 1964) Head Passenger 3782461 (1964 327 300hp)Head pass date( F 8 4(june 8th 1964) Alternator-4 F 11(June 11 1964) Alternator 1100668(1964 327 37 amp)--Distributor 1111024(1964 327 300hp) Distributor date 4 D 27(april 27 1964) Radiator 67E (may 1967) Starter 1107320(1964 327) Starter date 4 E 22(May 22 1964) Transmission Serial 4120102(VIN) Trans Assemmbly P0615_(Muncie June) Transmission Case 3851325(1964)Transmission Tag 3839602 Bell Housing3840383 Rear End case Date C 26 4(March 26 1964) Axle code CB(3.36 posi) Axle date 6 5 64 ( June 5 1964) I do have pics of most of these date codes --Please feel free to ask any questions but pretty much everything I know is in the posting-I will be happy to take any pics you would like to see-Once again this is a numbers matching Corvette Roadster that has been sitting since 1994-Its a nice driver and restore it while you drive it-The paint is driver quality and showing some age but still shines nicely-The only other things I can tell about the car-is the rattle from the side exhaust on the passenger side but the exhaust sounds nice-I believe all the gauges work except battery-Radio works all lights work--We are a NY dealer so NY residents will have to pay NYS Sales Tax-Any questions feel free to ask-The car is located in Elmira NY 14905--
