This 1955 Chevrolet Pickup started out as a 6 cyl, "granny" 3 speed manual trans truck. Had a blast driving it everywhere! Never had an issues with the truck, None! Then I let a "friend" talk me into subbing the front frame for a camaro IDF and rear end. I bought a built 496 BBC, T400 trans 3500 stall for the truck and this is where the problems began. Long story short, this truck has been sitting for a long-long time and its now time for someone else to take over this project and make it what they would like. It irks me to see it sit there as it was a really fun truck! Has a hydraulic boost brake system...think BBC vacuum. It may still work but no promises. The gas tank was moved to the underside of bed. No exhaust, motor or transmission. Needs hood and front fenders or you can use the mangled set on the truck. The original bench is still in the truck and the dash has NOT been cut. These are not NOS but are better than what is on the truck. Also found chrome front and rear original style bumpers to go with the truck as well.
