Properly converted to run on unleaded gasoline

We are selling my Grandfathers 1937 Chevy. It was purchased 4-11-1981 with 70,000 miles on it, and had a complete 100% frame off restoration that was completed in 1996. Car was then plated and driven up until 2006. In 2007 the paint was not holding up well, and he wanted to change the color, so the 2nd exterior restoration was started. He fell ill not long after and the car has been in indoor heated storage ever since. The interior looks as good if not better than the day it rolled off the assembly line. The engine starts up well and the brakes, cooling, clutch etc all work very well. The engine has been properly converted to run on unleaded gas, including valves, guides and seals. The oil system was also upgraded, but all modifications were done with keeping the engine bay as stock looking as possible. Every single part is included to put the car back together, and all the parts can be seen in the photos. This car really needs nothing more than some sanding, primer and a paint job. It is still a 6 volt system and has a brand new battery in it too. It was back road driven just a few months ago, and is completely roadworthy. They have receipts from the restoration for sandblasting, paint, plating, engine work, new parts, etc totaling over $7000. And that does not include the 100's and 100's of labor hours my Grandpa has in it.
