1997 Ford Aerostar XLT Extended Passenger Van - Low Miles - Very Clean WOW ! Auction is for a 1997 Ford Aerostar XLT Extended Van. This van has VERY LOW miles (65,010). Van is in good condition (for a 17 year old vehicle). Yes, there are dings and scratches, the driver’s side rear quarter panel has some rust (see pictures). Externally, the paint job is fading (again see pictures). One of the wheel covers / hub caps has a crack, light stain marks on the interior carpet and the seal around the rear windshield has a minor leak. These are all very fixable for the right owner ! Now the good news !. This van is mechanically solid, new wipers, very good rubber (tires), brakes, COLD COLD AC, great heater. Van has dual control climate control (front and back). 2nd and 3rd row seats fold down (see pictures), good radio. Van will seat 7 people PLUS luggage, sports equipment etc. All doors and windows work fine. Rear windshield wiper works great. Gas mileage is good too. Van was used to transport sons to school, church, athletic events, etc. Sons are gone….time to part with the van. Feel free to send ANY questions you have regarding the van.
